Can my ovarian cysts be causing my cramps, irregular bleeding and spotting?? All exams and lab work haven't shown anything else. I take amethyst OCP

Pain in right RLQ, swollen lymph nodes abdomen wall via CT, appendix not visible. No Gallbladder, no ovarian cysts. Hematuria, labs ok. Disdended abd?
May still be apendix: Pain in RLQ concerning for appendicitis, ectopic pregnancy & ovarian torsion. A simple pregnancy test rules out ectopic. CT us usually the tool for appendicitis. Did they use oral and IC contrast? (Oral is chalky stuff you drink, IV makes you feel hot all over). If contrast given, appendicitis less likely.. Tubal Test?: I believe you are referring a test to see if your fallopian tubes are patent ( chromopertubation). If done during the laparoscopy you will be under anesthesia and you wont feel it.
