Complicated question: Could be related to copd, to cardiomyopathy or to another condition or medications ( I do not see any meds for htn). ?Maybe: But blood tests and X-rays aren't used to diagnose COPD. So whatever "this" is (We'd need to know your history), COPD may be one of the answers if it is suggested by your CXR, but you need spirometry and a proper medical history to make that diagnosis. ...Read more

You cannot rule out COPD or emphysema just based on a stress test. You can say that if you had copd, it is not that severe since your oxygen remained normal.
