L had more fats in my body . What should I have to do to reduce it?

Decrease fat: In order to decrease fat you need to eat less (decrease your caloric intake) and increase your metabolism (exercise more). Why does it hurt when i bite down on my crown? I got my first crown two weeks ago, and since then, whenever i bite down on it, i feel pain. At first i thought it was just because it's new, but it doesn't seem like I should be feeling pain a couple weeks l
