I mix wheatgrass, barleygrass, maca powder, spirulina, chlorella, psyllium husk and scai berry with carrot and apple juice every morning, is it good?
Nothing wrong: There is no concern about any of the ingredients you mention. Am not sure whether to say it is "good" since other unprocessed foods are probably as good. It is an interesting combination of ingredients. I presume you did some research before choosing them? If you feel it helps you then there is no reason that i know of not to continue with it. ...Read more
Probably not.: No study has been done to answer this question so I have to answer no. In a patient with known coronary artery disease, there is no substitute for regular follow up with a cardiologist that you know and trust. Setting up a treatment and prevention plan - and following it - is a must to reduce your risk of future problems. ...Read more

Is it ok to use coconut oil, grape seed oil, argon oil, cinnamon powder topically during pregnancy?
Is it safe to take a multivitamin, probiotic, fish oil omega-3 supplement, apple cider vinegar, and psyllium husk for fiber together daily?
Yes: These are safe though I wouldn't take them all at once. I advise the multivitamin after breakfast, the probiotic at the start of a meal, the fish oil after lunch or dinner, apple cider vinegar in water separate from meals and the psyllium at bedtime. Some multivitamins are far better than others- see https://drrandybaker.com/2012/11/ and https://www.multivitaminguide.org/best-multivitamin.html ...Read more

Yes, but why?: It's safe, but why would you want to take it? Sugar actually has very few calories, and you shouldn't try to lose weight during pregnancy, so why take any artificial sweetener? Also stay away from supplements of any kind except as prescribed by your doctor. Be cautious until after delivery, you only get the one chance at this, and pregnancy isn't 100% safe to begin with. ...Read more

No evidence,However:: Erythritol may be the safest natural sweetener available. I know of no evidence it reduces antioxidants in tea. See http://authoritynutrition.com/erythritol/ HOWEVER, if you're drinking tea with erythritol it's probably bottled tea which only has a tiny fraction of the antioxidants in home-brewed tea.So avoid bottled tea but you can add erythritol to home-brewed tea. I add 1 teaspoon of ceylon cinnamon powder to oats cereal everyday.Heard coumarin in cinnamon affects liver. Is my intake of cinnamon safe quantity?
YES-ceylon form safe: There are 2 forms of cinnamon, Ceylon (called true cinnamon),which has little coumarin, and Cassia, which has higher amounts of coumarin which in large quantities can cause liver damage in a subset of those who are sensitive. I can't find any info on whether 1 tsp of Cassia is considered a large quantity, but there's absolutely no reason to worry about Ceylon cinnamon.See http://tinyurl.com/cwmgeeh ...Read more

I take warfarin how do tumeric, chilli, chia seeds, garlic, onions, ginger stinging nettle tea interact with warfarin?
It's complicated but: I dislike warfarin because virtually every medicine and herb interacts with it. Turmeuric, chia seeds, garlic and ginger also thin blood and thus you might need to lower the dose. Rather than avoiding these one can consume consistent amounts & adjust coumadin accordingly or one can consider alternative meds or even supplements (under doc's guidance) to thin blood.
