My baby doesn't sleep! i feed her cereal and a bottle before bed at 9 and she still wakes up at 3am and will keep waking up until sunrise. Shes 6 month?
Sleep training: She needs sleep training. Do not play with her when she wakes up. Keep the lights dim/off & talk softly @ night letting her know it is not time to play. Also make sure that she is on a sleep schedule w 1-2 naps in the daytime. The last nap should not be near bedtime.
