Possibly: Wrist braces could help if the pins and needles are coming from carpel tunnel syndrome cts verse the disc herniation. If the disc herniation is causing the parasthesias, bracing will not help. You need to see someone who can diagnose either cts or radicular symptoms. If writing makes worse, may be cts and bracing may help, but differentiation needs to be made. Ask doc for emg. Hope that helps! ...Read more
