Herniation in neck in sneezing fit 1 yr ago. Tried pain mgmt. Am student & dealing w/ losing feeling & pins & needles in hands. Changing position not helped. Worse if writing. Would wrist braces help?
Possibly: Wrist braces could help if the pins and needles are coming from carpel tunnel syndrome cts verse the disc herniation. If the disc herniation is causing the parasthesias, bracing will not help. You need to see someone who can diagnose either cts or radicular symptoms.
