Is it OK to take Omega3 supplement as fish or krill oil while having Cholesterol 281 Triglyceride 245? does it help to decrease these?
Marine Fish Oil: lowers triglycerides. You need to use fish oil in which each capsule contains 50% or more of the combination of EPA & DHA and is purified. Check the label.
