Son 10m not waving or pointing at stuff to communicate, friend said I should b concerned sign of autism, true? What exercise could I do w/ him 2 help

Early yet: If this is the only concern, it's still early. Many children, especially boys, don't start pointing till 12-14 months of age. Is he showing interest in his surroundings, connecting with key adults visually? Does he like to be held? If this is just normal development, there is no way to speed the process.
