If you have a good nutritional diet does it make your skin look healthier and generally nicer, and what is a good balance of food types to eat?
Good balance: 5-7 servings of fruits and vegetables a day. 3-5 ounces of lean meat, chicken or fish as protein, or eggs, or 1 cup of milk. Complex carbohydrates in the form of whole grains, should make up 1/4 of your plate servings. 1/2 your plate should be fresh fruits and or vegetables. And 1/4 of your plate should be protein. Lack of a balanced life: Given all the wonderful things to do in this world, one should not try to eat something every hour. While this kind of behavior is not dangerous, it would certainly interfere with leading a healthy balanced life of work, play, exercise, sleep and eating. In most cases: McDonald's food is inferior in quality in regards to micronutrient content just based on the some of the ingredients that are used that wouldn't be consider quite "healthy", like something as simple as their burger buns. Rarely improves!: You don't destroy mineral, but if you cook with water you will lose them. Feat (prolonged) will destroy some vitamin content, and you will also lose some in water. Best to steam o microwave foods. Grilling is fine to a point as is baking! ...Read more
