No published RCTs: RCT = randomized controlled trial. Peer-reviewed published RCTs are the gold standard to prove that something works. This is how Big Pharma goes about getting a drug approved by FDA. You can skip this by selling a compound as a dietary supplement (assuming you meet certain other requirements). In this case, you can make any claim you want w/o substantiation (evidence), much less proof of safety. ...Read more
Can i take cocktail of these for ED and make my penis hard and bigger
Here are the names. L-Arginine, pycnogenol, horny goat weed, and korean ginseng?
U can. Y wd u want2?: I don't think anyone can physically stop you from swallowing the pills. But my question is, why would you want to gamble with your health? You have no idea if any of these herbs & supplements will work (none of them are proven), if they're pure, or if they interact dangerously. At your age, if you need medication to help ED, you're better off seeing a doctor to find & treat the root cause. HT Prim ...Read more

Can i take ginko biloba and korean ginseng together one week after weaning off cymbalta (duloxetine)? I also take omega 3, super b complex and garlic.
Generally: One waits 6 weeks to see what are all the effects of coming off a med like cymbalta (duloxetine). Cymbalta (duloxetine) can have an"upper" effect and so can ginko-so don't start too soon. In general, i advise not taking supplements more than 5 days a week when you do take them and also introduce them 1 at a time. Full effects of supplements may not be noted for 3 months. Is magnesium blend good to take with korean red ginseng? - Also are most products alright with korean red ginseng?
Ginseng ..: I think it says everything that red ginseng is believed to BOTH increase and decrease the immune system. There are not reliable trials on it. It is not possible to really control what you are getting with it. Magnesium, however, is a mineral and unless they are totally lying, the content of it should be reliable and it can't stale. 200-400 mg/day is good. ...Read more
Wrong question: There is no systematic evidence that korean ginseng is good for anything, let alone stroke. Ginseng is one of those bogus "ancient wisdom" things. Its use is based on a superstition called the "doctrine of signatures:" because the root looks like a little headless man, the ancients got this delusion that it would cure things. Arm yourself with modern knowledge, not ancient superstition. ...Read more

Can i take B12 vitamin, zinc, l-arginine, korean panax ginseng, and horny goat weed with maca thru out the day? Is it safe to take all those?
These are the things I am taking, korean red ginseng, multivitamen, fish oil, vitamen c, vegetable protein and loratadine tablets (for allergies). Are these alright together?
Yes: There are no adverse interactions between these things. Make sure you take a high-quality multivit. At least 1/3 of adults can't convert Folic Acid to the active form, l-5-mthf ; anxiety/high BP makes it likely you need a multivit that has the l-5-mthf form. Also most adults need 5-8000 iu of d3 in fall ; winter months to achieve optimal levels- see http://bit.Ly/1ekkvkv ; http://bit.Ly/1dc7vna. ...Read more
