Gel heel liner: There are so many shapes and sizes of feet that shoe manufacturers cannot possibly make shoes for every need. Probably polycarb: Polycarbonate lenses are "high index" lenses . They are often used in high myopes to allow for the glasses to be thinner and lighter. They do have more chromatic aberration though.
