I have 4 circular rashes on my feet, knee and knuckles. They don't itch or hurt but are growing. As a side note, my knuckles are swollen. Any ideas?

Dry white cracking scaly rash around knuckles finger front of hand pretty much in joints of fingers. For 5 years. Lessens and worsens all the time.
My hubby has itchy forearms with no rash ect. He also gets a stabbing needle sensation in his knuckles.... Any ideas?

Dry skin?: Have your hands been exposed to a lot of soap, detergent, irritant, and water lately? If so it may just be from getting too dry and too irritated. Try some topical Hydrocortisone cream, avoid irritants and too much water, and apply a barrier moisturizer after hand-washing and see if they help.
