Sleep position: Sounds like your position/posture while sleeping is causing your morning discomfort. See if sleeping w/full body pillow helps (tho it might not be too sexy for 22yo guy). Or try sleeping on your back. If you do prefer sleeping on your stomach, try sleeping w/one leg or other bent at hip/knee. And try different pillows w/various amounts of neck support. ...Read more
