For a few weeks now, my lower back will itch/tingle (pins & needles like) when I bend or kneel down. What can cause this?
Dry skin: What you described could be due to dry skin in winter. Try using an emollient or moisturizer liberally at night. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex. ...Read more

It will likely shrink on its own and would be treated with antibiotics for first therapy. There is not an need to biopsy it unless it is a GENERALIZED condition or, if it lasts for more than 4 weeks. ...Read more
