Right knee pain on inner side of knee cap can't bear weight on it unless its straight but when not bearing weight i can't straighten it.

Rest and rehab: This is usually chondromalacia patella and is softening of the cartilage behind the kneecap. Rest, nsaids, tylenol (acetaminophen) will help with pain. Hamstring stretching and quadriceps strengthening helps. May want to try glucosamine and chondroitan sulfate supplements for arthritis. May not help, but little downside. Anti-inflammatory medications and ice as well. A knee brace to control movement of your kneecap can help.
