Patellofemoral pain: The best brace is no brace. Making sure that your hip abductors and vastus medialis are strong. Also making sure that your patellar mobilization is good by stretching the lateral retinaculum is paramount. In the short term consider mcconnell or kinesio-taping. These are normal, -: Under the circumstances. Some patients take up to 6 months. If you 've got 120 degrees of bend, that's great. The aches and pains should be getting better. If you are better today than 2 weeks ago, everything is coming along nicely, although slowly.
