Knee Brace For Chondromalacia
An ortho recently diagnosed me with chondromalacia. Other than doing pt and wearing a knee brace, is there anything else I can do?
Are knee braces good to help with chondromalacia patella? I don't see many people recommending them.
I'm really nervous about having knee microfracture surgery for my chondromalacia, what can I expect? Crutches a braces? I'm nervous
Non weight bearing : Micro fracture in essence is creating a fracture to stimulate fibro cartilage to fill in a void. This needs to be protected from load for a minimum 4-6 weeks .
