Need a suggested time my son need to go to sleep. He wakes up at 630 am and will be starting kindergarten gets out at 2pm. They don't take naps?
Outgrowing naps: Some kindergartens phase out nap time. If your son has to be up at 6:30am, I would suggest a bedtime around 7:30-8pm. 4 hours of homework?: No wonder he has headaches! 5 years old is a little young to be working a a full-time job. That is assuming only a half day kindergarten. Let him be a kid for awhile-your lucky he just has headaches. Does he need a bleeding stomach ulcer to get your attention? Enough is enough. You probably should get his vision checked also.
