When i lay in my back on a the floor to do pt, it feels like I am trying to grind my sacrum bone into the floor. Foam mat no help.Very painful! why?

Given that you stopped your estrogen supplementation a while back, i would think that you should do a repeat dexa scan just to be on the safe side.
