Its quite: UNUSUAL to feel "Kidney Pain" unless infected or otherwise abnormal (obstruction, stones, etc) "Foamy and Dark" are very NON-SPECIFIC appearances for urine!@ The sharp "heart pain" is most likely NOT from your heart....people don't describe cardiac pain as pain "in or from" their hearts THUS:" YOU NEED A VISIT TO YOUR PCP (Primary Care Provider) with whom you should discuss these concerns! Dark urine could be: A sign of many possible y defying conditions. It seems as if you need to have some basic blood work to check liver and kidney function first. Also you may want to ease up on the muscle relaxers and try physical therapy. ...Read more

Dehydration: Lightheaded spells should be correlated with blood pressure measurements lying, then when getting up, checking for drop. Dark urine may imply concentrated specimen due to dehydration. Perhaps first voided urine sample should be checked for specific gravity, etc. Try drinking couple glasses of water prior retiring at night. ...Read more

Hard to tell: More likely infection but cannot rule out a stone. Either will do this and it could be both, also. Urinalysis is an easy way to distinguish. Either way need to see a provider to have appropriate management. If your ct is relatively recent you can trust it in ruling out stone disease. Then infection is probable. ...Read more
