Check with your doc: This may be from too much fluid. Most importantly, once you sleep you wake up to urinate? If so see your doc asap, this may be serious, such as high sugar. Probably not: Kidney stones can be very painful if small and attempting to pass from kidney into ureter heading down to urinary bladder. They dont make someone dizzy. They can keep someone from sleeping due to the pain. Hi, it sounds like U: Have more than 1 issue. You need a vist. Do you clinch your teeth at night? Are you having heartburn? Are you not sleeping because of the urination or pain? You may have interwoven problems that include stress, insomnia, migraines and weight loss making you more apt to feel pain, or pain may be creating the insomnia then other problems.
