Pain in my rightside every day for past mnth Hosp gave me a CT &check for my appendix&kidney stone. Found nothing, still in pain help!?

Muscle pain?: Despite of your normal CT you may still have a kidney stone which is smaller than the CT cuts(3 mm),so even if that is the case you will pass it without problem if you keep yourself hydrated with at least 2L of liquids daily.Also muscle spasm/strain can be cause of your problem,try massages,heating pads,stretch exercises.Another cause maybe related to your ovaries,get pelvic Ultrasound for that! ...Read more

Unlikely appendix: As an education for you, an appendix does not usually cause symptoms that last for days without becoming very problematic. When it gets inflamed it becomes a blocked tube and will continue to get bigger until it ruptures. Given this, a normal ct with more than a day of pain makes it unlikely the problem. R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed .You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori . Also stool screen x 3 for occult blood /parasite/ &colonoscopy./EGD While you are getting these items checked out you should stick to a gluten free diet .
