Is there a difference of pain n location of kidney stone n appendix? I had pain start lower right ab and go toward lower right back, bloody urine.

Unlikely appendix: As an education for you, an appendix does not usually cause symptoms that last for days without becoming very problematic. When it gets inflamed it becomes a blocked tube and will continue to get bigger until it ruptures. Given this, a normal ct with more than a day of pain makes it unlikely the problem. R/O IBS: IBS is a diagnosis of exclusion. IUC/CROHNS DZ/IBD is inflammation usually DX by BX IBS SX can be managed .You need a full exam and blood work. Especially screen for H pylori .
