I assume: That pain is coming from kidney stones. They are usually calcium or uric acid stones. The direct cause is increased concentration of ca ions or urate in urine. So what you need to do are maneuvers to decrease concentration. You need to find out why you are producing such high concentrations and treat underlying cause.
