Possibly.: The most important think is to rule out the presence of a urinary infection. This needs to be treated as soon as possible. Next is symptom control. Vomiting: Get your mother to an er for blood work. Given her history, you gave, she sounds as if she has kidney failure (kf). Vomiting is one of the symptoms of kf and she should be seen asap to have some blood drawn and to see if she needs to be on dialysis. Good luck. ...Read more
