Try again: Epi's almost always are a marker of a contaminated specimen--it picked up skin cells along the stream. Need a good clean catch, and are looking for bacteria, white blood cells, nitrite, leukocyte esterase, and WBC casts for classic pyelonephritis (kidney infection).
