with fluids the stone will hopefully move and get eliminated

CHF?: Puffy hands and feet in the morning could be congestive heart failure. It could also certainly be a kidney problem so I would double-check that and make sure they're fine.

Left lower back pain: Pleurisy unlikely unless coughing, SOB, and have an URTI. Pleural separation is seen in pneumothorax or effusion and would be associated with more breathing issues, short of breath (SOB)- twisting is unlikely to cause it. If concerned can get a chest xray. Most likely just muscle strain from twisting for which warms soaks, NSAIDS if not allergic, can help. May also be stone. F/u/ w/ MD ...Read more
