Are kidney infections worse at night? Healthy 22yo female. Lower left pain, excruciating at night. Some burning in urine. Tender where kidney is.

Lumbar pain, minimal day pain, intense at night and early morning. No trauma, fever, or trouble urinating, no other symptoms of kidney stone.

Kidney infection : could be sign of kidney infection or pyelonephritis.
