You are likely done: If you entered puberty the same time as your friends and your bone maturity is that of a 19 yo there is little you can do to increase your height.A single x-ray of your left hand can be assessed for bone maturity. If 19, you are done growing, if bony maturity is more like 15 you might grow an additional couple of inches. There are no magic solutions if your growth centers r closed. ...Read more

How to increase height by 2_3inches...I regularly do cycling. What other exercise should I do...Age 19?
You are full-grown: Sorry to give you disappointing news, but it is rare for girls to grow after age 16-18, in fact most girls stop growing around age 14. Bone growth is caused by "growth plates" and once the growth plates close (usually 2-3 years after puberty) the bones are unable to grow. Nothing can change this. You need to accept your current height. ...Read more
Is it possible to increase height after the age of 22? My height is 5'7.How can I increase my height? What type of exercises should I do externally
No: You've probably reached your full height. In most cultures, taller is a plus for a man, but it's completely overridden in the "looks" department by your muscular development and overall level of fitness. There's nothing you're going to be able to do about your height, but you can look fantastic just by spending an hour a day in the gym. Lee Priest (photo guy) is 5'2", not complaining. ...Read more
Sir I want to know that is it possible to increase height at 18 or 19.plz provide me some useful exercise other than some medicine or other remedies?
No: Body height is determined by genetics, hormonal influences, and dietary intake (calcium, vitamin d, and protein) during childhood and adolescence. Once bodies complete their adolescent growth spurt (usually 12-15 for girls, 14-18 for boys), the body will not grow further in height. Exercises to improve posture may improve perceived height (but not actual height). ...Read more
Balanced nutrition: At nineteen your growth centers have limited potential for growth and simple measures help the best. Follow a healthy diet, rest and exercise, but no special diet or exercise will alter your genetic potential. Is it possible to increase height for a 17 year old male because there are documents that suggest it's possible. Is there exercises that might help?
No: If your growth plates are no longer open, growth is over. Typically by the time a boy is 17, the growth plates are near complete fusion. There are no height enhancing exercises. If a 17 year old boy has delayed puberty there may be some growth potential left as the biological age would be younger than 17. ...Read more

Your height is normal. Getting HGH is not going to make you taller at age 21 and is more likely to damage your health.
