Any medication are can use for sores that come after shaving, I have tried everything, from aftershaves to vaya smooth and nothing seems to work. Please advice accordingly?
Some people do not shave but use either an electric razor or clippers.

Alcoholic liver: Not sure what you mean by smooth tissue. Generally, early in the disease alcoholics get more fat in their liver, followed shortly by liver inflammation, and eventually by fibrosis or scarring of the liver.
