A surgeo gave me 2 injections into knee scars of kenalog (triamcinolone) 1cc #10 . 4 weeks apart. I developed pain since then, can this be from the kenalog (triamcinolone)?

Oftentimes the pain is simply due to increasing your range of motion. It is very difficult. Your best option will be to discuss this problem with the surgeon who injected you. Yes: Some allergists and ents are offering them, but it is considered to be "off label, " which means that they are not fda approved. It is cash only, no insurance. Proper dosing is still being researched, but so far it appears that very high doses are required. A lot of what i see is low dose therapy, which probably will not work very well.
