Hey.
I wanted to ask about keloids treament, I have 3 keloids on my ears due to piercing. What should I go for please advice me ?

Not likely serious: This is either a hypertrophic scar or keloid and may benefit from pressure therapy and possible steroid injections with 5fu (fluorouracil) if unresponsive. If it is the former, it may be due to an allergy to one of the metals used and pure gold piercings tend to have a lower incidence. If it is a true keloid, you should avoid altogether. ...Read more

Does anybody know of a cream to reduce the size in a keloid I have on my ear piercing hole?

Probably none.: A cream will most like not work. You will more than likely need to have the keloid injected with a steroid by someone trained in the use of this. I would recommend a dermatologist or plastic surgeon. Your PCP may be comfortable with this. If no response you will more than likely need to have this surgically removed. It may recur.
