Specific: Is the mass on the arm between the shoulder and elbow? Is it getting bigger and over how long a time? Does it pulsate? Does it move with the shoulder or elbow? Silicone gel: Whatever brand you use, get a silicone gel, either mederma, kelocote, or myscaraway, these preparations are what you need. The stickers work even better, if you can tolerate keeping them on. The gel will work better for most people in public. Does silicone sheet shrink and fade new keloids ? I have many new keloids on my neck. Formed from acne. Does silicone sheet fade the keloid scar ?

On the tender area..: Most shoulder tendinitis is due to the rotator cuff .
