I am 3 days into kegel excercises for pe. I however notice that I do not pass as much urine as 3 days before although i feel like i would pass more.Y?
Normal response: We usually recommend kegel exercises to those suffering from incontinence as it helps strengthen the pelvic floor & urinary sphincter. Of course, as the floor & sphincter get stronger, you may not relax as much as before and thus not empty your bladder to same degree. Here are some ...: Kegel exercise is done by isolating pelvic floor muscles, chiefly pubococcygeus muscles to tighten up and relax it like you hold urine or stool or like you would flex and extend your arms.
