No matter what I get dizzy when I stand up. My vision goes black and I almost collapse every time. What's going on with me?
Go to your doctor: It sounds as if you have orthostatic hypotension (low blood pressure with standing). The dizzy feeling is due to the fact that you are about to faint. The vision is going black because you are temporarily not getting enough blood to allow visual system to work. You should see your primary doctor very quickly.

Anxiety, Dizziness: I commend you for your concern for health. I understand your anxiety. At age 43, many people go through anxiety due to stresses of marriage, separation, divorce, parenting, children leaving home, work and finances and may cause dizziness and vision problem. I occasionally get dizzy especially in summer for no reason and I get blurred sight or even worse I get a dark vision and I can't see a thing?
Possible migraine: Your symptoms suggest a possible variant of migraine headaches. Are the vision changes bilateral or just in one eye? Do you have any headache associated with your symptoms? There is no way to actually make any kind of diagnosis here without a thorough exam. I suggest you see your primary care doctor and have a complete eye examination, preferably with an ophthalmologist, who is an MD.
When I stand up sometimes I get really dizzy & there's this weird tingling feeling that covers my body then my vision starts to go black & I fall why?
A few reasons.: Standing up fast will leave your blood at your feet and away from your brain. So try to stand up a little slower. If you have heavy period you may be a bit anemic which could contribute. Finally you must keep up with your hydration or this will repeat. If all else fails give your doctor a call.

Low blood sugar: Your symptoms could be the result of low blood sugar or just a low calorie intake. Not eating enough during the day can definitely cause these symptoms. You can become nutrient deficient. Also, if you aren't drinking enough water these symptoms can occur. Make sure you are getting enough calories and eating a variety of healthy foods.

Blood Pressure chang: Commonly blood pressure changes occur with changes in posture.
