That is possible : stools expected to change w/formula change until your baby's intestine adjusts to new formula. Greenish yellow seedy stools are a normal stool color for babies. There are many. Please don't do it: Adding sugar to formula will only cause trouble. Formula is made to address the needs of infants. If babies have additional caloric requirements or starch needs, it isn't accomplished with sucrose. Simplify: Most american children drink way too much milk and yes milk can result in a child who is very constipated. However formulas are filled with vitamins and ions and electrolytes that make you have a diarrhea in excess because it retains water in your intestines. Depends on concerns: Both formulas can be helpful with reflux but only similac total comfort helps with constipation. The s26 gold ar has added cornstarch to decrease reflux but this is still a cow milk formula. If your infant has problems digesting cow milk then the similac total comfort would be a better choice.
