Probably: It's unusual to have a potassium that low strictly on a dietary basis, unless you were having frequent vomiting. A balanced diet should provide adequate potassium; you should not have to obsess over eating a specific quantity. If your potassium comes back low again, please consult a nephrologist. ...Read more
