GERD: GERD symptoms are worsened by late night eating, eating in excess and consumption of high fat processed foods that are poorly digested. The first approach to control of reflux symptoms is behavioral. Obesity and rapid weight gain increase pressure in the abdomen to worsen reflux. Is it ok to take aloe vera juice when I am taking alendronic acid once a week. I am having sore throats and think it might be acid reflux.
Yes, however...: Yes, it is safe, but i advise rethinking taking alendronic acid as i believe this drug does more harm than good. It actually increases risk of certain fractures and has many serious side effects. In my experience vitamin k2, vitamin d, boron, strontium and other natural approaches are both far more effective and safer. I advise consulting a holistic md who can advise you on this. A : A single episode like this is probably nothing to worry about. However, if it happens frequently, it could represent a blockage in the esophagus.
