High carbs, high fat: Food that has a high amount of carbohydrates (sugar/starch) as well as foods high in fat/cholesterol (especially saturated fat) is junk food. These foods also will have a lot of calories. So potato chips, doughnuts, candy, pizza, cheeseburgers, snack cakes, etc. Would fit in this category.
