Maybe not: If the advil (ibuprofen) improved your pain it is most likely some sort of inflammation or muscles or bone contusion. Unlikely advil (ibuprofen) would improve pain from a heart attack. Since you have no other symptoms and are young, I think you can manage it yourself for a couple days: ice (15 minutes 3-4 times/day), then possibly heat, gentle stretching, avoid re-injury, & ibuprofen 600 mg three times a day for just a couple days.
