2 years ago I had an RF factor of 51 and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia. 4 months ago my RF was 69 and have severe joint pain in fingers and toes to the point where I can't even go to work or open a bottle and sometimes my fingers will lock in place.
I am anemic with. B12 n d issues and have severe joint pain in fingers n toes. All recent and an 42 female. Help?

Possible: It is possible to have sero- negative ra, in which the rheumatoid factor assay is negative. It is also possible that you have another autoimmune illness, there are some overlaps in these conditions and the lab work doesn't always give an exact diagnosis.
