Maybe: A variety if muscle aches and pains are coming after abdominal surgery, most likely related to the position of the operating table. May not be related as well. Rest: It sounds more like cervical radiculopathy, or nerve symptoms originating from your neck. Many of these improve on their own. Some of these also cause shoulder and rotator cuff problems.
