Lately I've been having issues with feeling weak, joint pain, light headedness and just an overall feeling of dread. Eating helps but only for a bit.

Why do I have flu-like symptoms (joint pain, weakness, fatigue, irritability, brain fog) for days after eating one piece of junk food (i.E. Candybar)?
Unrelated: It is extremely unlikely that candybar has anything to do with your symptoms. You may have a common cold, flu, reaction to medication and in uncommon cases it may be a prodrome of a more serous illness. Joint pain: .Do you have bowel or bladder issues which is an emergency spinal cord issue? Go to ER immediately. If so severe that you can not walk go to ER.
