jogging is only one form of aerobic exercise. it can be hard on the body and swimming,bike , speed walking can accomplish same goal without phsical pounding

The actual size of the penis will not change if you jog, but if you have some weight to lose and the amount of fat around the base of the penis lessens, then the penis might look larger (more exposed)

You may have shin splints (ice shins and stop jogging till healed) but you could also have a stress fracture which needs medical attention to preserve the integrity of the bone and avert a more serious fracture of the bone.

Is walking or jogging better for you?

Depends on…

Jogging
your weight/BMI & physical conditioning & status of hip, knee, & ankle joints. Walking has less forceful impact on those joints, especially if overweight. If BMI is 18-25 & no history of hip/knee/ankle injury, try jogging.
