It depends: The answer will be different for different people. Good running shoes are important. I enjoy listening to music while jogging so bring my ipod or radio- you might like podcasts or books on tape. Jogging in a scenic place also helps- I like the beach or the woods. Start out taking it easy but do it regularly and it will hopefully become a routine you look forward to as you notice feeling better...

Great to jog.: Jogging is a very healthy way to get your exercise. Under 18 should be working on increased exercise so we can try to reverse the epidemic of diabetes and obesity that is sweeping through our young children. Encourage jogging on a regular basis.
