Can't wink right eye, touch right corner of mouth our inside right cheek with tongue our wrinkle forehead...Never been able to, what could cause this?
2 year old has rash on side of his cheek close to his mouth. It kind of looks like chapped lips but on his cheek near corner lip area?

Red rimmed lips. Tiny bumps near edge of lips and on lip. But near the edge. Not tingly or itching. But my lips feel dry. Doesn't look like sore.
