Could be normal.: Involuntary movements may occur during the dreaming phase of sleep. Some people may have difficulty getting to sleep because they worry a lot and when they finally fall asleep their muscles twitch which can cause them to wake up. There isn't a: Subconscious anxiety. I would guess that you may clinch or grind your teeth at night. That can go up with anxiety but not dependant on it. That would cause the jaw issue and is called bruxism or TMJ (tmjd more precisely) the trembling, hard to answer; headaches? The med. Treatment for bruxism is Clonazepam at night, perhaps a dental splint. I would go in, it may be something else; gd luc. ...Read more
