I have issues withmy ankle. It pops everytime I walk. I move it slighty wrong and it sprains. Could that be serious. Or is it in my head?
Tendon instability: If you are truly having a great deal of pain when this happens, this may be the result of the tendons in the back of the ankle (usually on the outside of the ankle) moving abnormally and sliding against the outside bone in your ankle (the fibula) abnormally. These tendons are called the peroneal tendons. This problem sometimes needs to be corrected surgically and should be evaluated by a doctor.See 1 more doctor answer

Pinched nerve: Sounds like you have a cervical radiculopathy or a pinched nerve when you strained your neck you may have injured the muscles and irritated the nerve that comes off the side of your neck I would rest, use ice and nsaids see your doctor if it doesn't start to improve.See 1 more doctor answer
Y does my upper neck/ lower head always hurt like a little sprain and always has a teary cracking sound wen I turn my head right around??? : (
Snap, Crackle, Pop!: You might have a touch of arthritis in your neck that leads to that crunchy sound ('crepitations') in your neck when you twist it. That in turn could lead to some reactive muscle tightness. In some people it gets so bad it leads to a headache. Usually some x-rays help see if there's arthritis in there. The treatment involves medication, massage, range of motion exercises, proper posture and rest.

Contusion: Sorry for your accident. After even a mild concussion do not do activities that can compromise your health and cause further head injury. Avoid tasks that require concentration or complicated thinking. Follow up appointments are very important. Also follow the advice of your health care provider. Be well.See 1 more doctor answer

After a neck sprain strain from a gym machine. I can't move 2right it hurts when I walk move my head to right when I sleep. Ice it? Rest it? Week off?
Yes: For a neck sprain after a workout, I do think it would be reasonable to try conservatively with time/observation, ice, anti-inflammatories, and gentle stretches/rom. If your symptoms are persistent after a week or two, or if the pain is really severe, or if there is associated radiation of the pain into your arm or weakness/numbness/tingling in your arm, then I would advise seeing a physician.See 1 more doctor answer
Could I have a concussion? Fell last week and sprained ankle, have had balance problems since. Noticed head is sore. Been sleeping a lot.
Yes: If you hit your head or had a rapid "whiplash" type mechanism during your fall, then you could have a concussion. Headache, fatigue, dizziness, balance problems, light & noise sensitivity, memory or concentration problems are the most common post-concussion symptoms. Brain & body rest are the keys to recovery in the first 1-2 weeks. No activities now that could result in another blow to the head.

Went over on my ankle and think I've sprained it again. What are the symptoms of a sprained ankle?
Just how bad.: Sprained ankles will generally exhibit varying degrees of three symptoms. Pain, swelling and bruising. These symptoms may lead to varying degrees of inability to move the ankle as well as inability to bear weight. In some situations, a fracture of one or bones may accompany the sprain.
Possibly both: It is not uncommon for fibromyalgia patients to have jaw pain. Tmj syndrome can be associated with arthritic changes or disc changes to the jaw itself which would be different then the source of pain for a fibromyalgia patient. See your physician or dentist to help sort out the source of the jaw pain.See 5 more doctor answers
