More information: I wish I had some more information, like if you ever feel your ear popping or feel like you can hear yourself talking out of that ear because if you did I'd think you have a problem with your eustachian tube. May be TMJ: This complaint suggests inflammation of the TMJ joint. People who gring or clench their teeth often get this. People who have misaligned teeth can get this.
