Mine was fixed with a root canal! but this problem is like quitting smoking--you need to find what works for you. Yoga? Meditation? Situps? Change your pillow? Change your job? Change your shrink? Could my extreme jaw muscle tightness be from an allergy shot i got a couple days earlier? It has been a few days and still not calmed down yet.
