Avoid eating ice or hard, chewy foods and take an NSAID ( like aleve/motrin) with food if it hurts. More information: I wish I had some more information, like if you ever feel your ear popping or feel like you can hear yourself talking out of that ear because if you did I'd think you have a problem with your eustachian tube. If not, I would question a possible issue with your TMJ joint. Either way, I'd suggest having your doc take a look in your ear on Monday and determine which it is (if either) and treat ...Read more
