I just came back from the dentist today, he said my jaw bone is swollen and my jaw is not straight, what does that mean?

Find the reason: If you indeed have swollen glands under the jaw you have a nidus of low grade infection which is causing this. This cazn be dental, sinus problems, acne or many other problems.
